Monday Morning

What a wonderful trip to the Pittsfield, New Hampshire Hot Air Balloon Festival. We went up Thursday night and came back last night. I had a fabulous time. We were with very good friends, had some amazing food and were with "people of our own kind". Yes, that would be other photographers. At one point there were eighteen balloons up at one time. Oh my where to shoot, which ones to shoot. What a blast! As you can tell we had a great time.

I hope you enjoy the pictures, I took so many more it was difficult to choose which ones to post.

Enjoy life today to its fullest, you never know what tomorrow may bring your way.

Hey neighbor, how is your son the fabric artist doing? Am I thinking of the correct neighbor? You did share your crepes recipe with me right?

the Balloons are the most wonderful sight to see. There were eighteen of them up all at once, it filled the sky and was amazing.

Hi Pat
My son the fabric artist is just finishing up his summer job tomorrow with camp cleanup. He has started cutting up old jeans to start a frayed edge jean quilt, that i think he hopes to piece in the week before school starts for him. He has his last year at MassArt and Design starting in another week as he is going to be a studio mentor this semester.

Yes i did share my crepe recipe with you. I sure miss the quilt shop especially this week as I have been working on a kids learn to snap, buckle, button, tie, braid, etc. book, a pattern i kept from 1978!

I raelly loved your balloon pictures they were amazing!--chris, Dan's Mom
